The new concept of salon suites was designed to allow us the freedom to offer our new and existing clients a more personalized and relaxed experience. Cancellation Policy
Obsessed hair studio understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Although we don't require a credit card to hold your appointment, we ask you kindly to please call us if that is the instance.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your schedule appointment time it is considered a no-show and you will be required to give a credit card number to book another appointment in the future.
Here at Obsessed Hair Studio we understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24 hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Our guests are given one grace appointment a year for last-minute schedule, change and cancellations or no-shows. After that a credit card will be asked for your file.
