Obsessed Hair Studio understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. If you do cancel after that time period a 50 % cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your schedule appointment time it is considered a no-show and you will be charged a no show fee. Here at Obsessed Hair Studio we understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 48 hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Our guests are given one grace appointment a year for last-minute schedule, change and cancellations or no-shows. After that a credit card will be asked for your file. My name is Jess Hogan, co-owner of Obsessed Hair Studio. I am a lifetime Mount Laurel resident but have worked in the Medford area for almost 25 years in the hair industry. My name is Courtney Marks, Co-owner of Obsessed Hair Studio. I was born and raised in North Jersey, and have been doing hair in the South Jersey area for close to 10 years, and have 15 years experience in the industry. My specialty is dimensional color, highlight and balayage services. My passion is to make people OBSESSED with their hair, and to love how they feel about themselves when looking in the mirror.
